Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the AVIVA Ventures website demonstration made available for design and content review, including its embedded contact form. It does not describe the final production site's data practices. AVIVA will update this policy before public launch if those practices change.

2. Information handling

Information submitted through the contact form is processed for AVIVA by Tally, our form service provider, and made available to AVIVA. This includes the information you choose to provide and basic technical information needed to operate and protect the form. See Tally's GDPR documentation for more information about how it handles form responses.

Please do not include confidential, proprietary, health, financial, or other sensitive information in an initial message.

3. Technical services

The demo loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser may send Google basic connection information, such as an IP address and browser details, when requesting those font files. AVIVA does not receive that information through this demo.

Links to external sources or LinkedIn take you to third-party services. AVIVA does not control those services' privacy practices.

Vercel hosts the demo and provides Web Analytics. Vercel records anonymized page-view data that may include the page path, referrer, approximate location, device type, operating system, and browser. AVIVA removes query parameters and URL fragments before analytics events are collected. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation for more information.

4. Cookies and browser storage

AVIVA does not use advertising technology on this demo. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies.

5. Security and retention

AVIVA retains contact submissions only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. No internet transmission method can be guaranteed secure, so submit only information appropriate to an initial business inquiry.

6. Children's privacy

The site is intended for institutional and business audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and AVIVA does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this demo.

7. Changes to this policy

AVIVA may revise this policy when the website, contact process, vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
