1. Agreement to these terms

By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. AVIVA Ventures, LLC may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date.

The site provides general information about AVIVA Ventures, commercialization readiness, company building, and the experience of its leadership. Site content is not medical advice, legal advice, investment advice, regulatory advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.

Use of this site or communication through the listed email address does not create an advisory, fiduciary, attorney-client, physician-patient, investment-management, or other professional relationship. Any engagement with AVIVA requires a separate written agreement.

3. No securities offer

Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities, an invitation to invest, or a recommendation concerning any company, asset, or transaction. Any investment activity discussed with AVIVA is subject to separate diligence, documentation, eligibility requirements, and applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

AVIVA Ventures, the AVIVA name and marks, AVIVA Score, the Commercialization Readiness Index, CRI-1, CRI-2, CRI-3, the AVIVA Pathway, and related site content are owned by AVIVA or used with permission. You may view and print content for internal evaluation. You may not copy, publish, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

The site explains high-level readiness categories. It does not license or disclose proprietary scoring weights, thresholds, methodology, or gap logic.

5. Accuracy and future information

AVIVA aims to present useful information, but the demonstration may contain draft content, working proof points, or information awaiting final substantiation. AVIVA makes no promise that site content is complete, current, or suitable for a particular decision.

Statements about expected outcomes, plans, markets, financing, development, or commercialization are inherently uncertain. Actual results may differ due to scientific, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, commercial, financial, and market factors.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to research, government resources, social networks, or other third-party services. Links are provided for context. AVIVA does not control or endorse the content, security, availability, or privacy practices of those services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVIVA and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the site. This limitation applies even if AVIVA was advised that such damages were possible.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the site will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
